Service Description
Open gym style class for athletes 17+ years old. High school and collegiate athletes, "retired" cheerleaders and gymnasts who just want to flip, crossfitters interested in working hand balancing skills, parkour athletes who need to work on their summersaults. The athlete sets the pace, coaches are present for technique feedback and spotting. $18 single class registration (+3% processing if paid online) $16.50 with a membership package (+3% processing)
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the start of your appointment. If the lesson is not cancelled or rescheduled prior to 12 hours before the appointment, you will be charged the full price for the spot.
